This is a PRIVATE course and exam that is scheduled at the date and time of your choosing for your convenience, at your business location, anywhere outside of Central Florida.

This course and proctored exam is ideal for those of us who still prefer in person training, instead of sitting for hours on end, alone at a computer trying to teach ourselves.

Details

1 Day In-person classroom training and exam with a Certified ServSafe Instructor/Proctor and experienced former Health Inspector with over 20+ years of Food and Beverage industry experience.

  • 4 hour review of material

  • 1 hour lunch break

  • 2 hours is allotted for the exam

  • Class, Materials, and Exam are in English.

  • Exams are proctored immediately following the classroom training the same day and are either taken by paper & pencil or online.

  • Certification is valid for 5 years

  • ServSafe is nationally recognized and Florida approved. The ServSafe Food Manager certification has been awarded to more than 4 million people.

*If reliable wi-fi is available, exams can be taken online with the results immediately available. Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptop to take the exam, but if needed, up to 8 laptops can be provided.

Note: Printed exam forms will be submitted to ServSafe for grading. Students will be notified by ServSafe with results within about 2 weeks or 10-14 business days.
