Agreement Between User and Sustainability Management Services

This website (the "site") is comprised of various web pages and is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "terms"). Your use constitutes your agreement to all such terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Sustainability Management Services is a document preparation and filing service. We do not provide legal, financial, or any other professional advice. We work directly with agencies on your behalf, as your assigned Third Party Designee. This website is not affiliated with any government.

Document preparation and filing services are for personal and business use.

Sustainability Management Services is not a law firm or a substitute for an attorney or law firm.

Electronic Communications

Visiting Sustainability Management Services website or sending emails constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Training Classes and/or Proctored Exams

Sustainability Management Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes up to two (2) days prior to the class date. Students will be notified and rescheduled at no charge to another class/location/date, or offered a refund if Sustainability Management Services cancels the class. All refunds must be issued to the exact credit or debit card used at the time of the original transaction for security purposes. If that card is lost, stolen, or blocked we will not be able to issue a refund.

Student is permitted to reschedule to another class date or location if notice is given at least two (2) days in advance of the originally scheduled class date.  *No refunds will be issued. All sales are final. Unused tuition and/or credits will be forfeited 90 days from original date paid.

*If the student does not show up to class on the date scheduled, they may reschedule to another date or location at no charge 1 time, as a courtesy. A second no-show forfeits the class fee that was paid.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Consulting Services

When you place an order through our website, your order begins processing immediately. Due to varying processing times, you may request cancellation after your order has been placed but we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled. Once we have begun processing or completed your order, such as by submitting an application to the IRS on your behalf or by obtaining a service through a government agency on your behalf, your order cannot be canceled.

In the event a cancellation request is received after the eligible cancellation period but within (7) calendar days of placing your order, a partial refund may be issued depending on the nature of your order and our progress in completing it. If we have begun processing your order, or submitted your application to the government entity, but have not yet completed the services, we may refund 50% of your payment amount.

Once the agency received and accepted the documentation, services have been rendered on your behalf and a refund is not available.

Deposits for consulting services are non-refundable. Deposits are accepted after the scope of work has been decided, agreed upon, and contract signed. Cancellation of services or breach of contract on the part of the client is not cause for a refund and the client may still be billed for time and services rendered if not covered by the initial deposit.

All refunds must be issued to the exact credit or debit card used at the time of the original transaction for security purposes. If that card is lost, stolen or blocked we will not be able to issue a refund. Online processing fees (6%) will be deducted from any amount refunded.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sustainability Management Services, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

Protecting your private information is our priority. Sustainability Management Services is a document filing and business services site. By using this website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our site, personally identifiable information is collected, such as your:

If you purchase products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
